ECCB2012 - Early Registration Extension – 8th May 2012

We are delighted that over 700 people have already registered to attend ECCB in Glasgow.  For those who didn’t manage to register by Monday, we’ve decided to extend the registration deadline until next Tuesday, 8th May. Please register through the congress website: www.eccb2012.org.

Programme highlights are:
Professor Robert Watson’s presentation introducing IPBES
Professor Ilkka Hanski’s presentation on conservation in fragmented habitats

The programme also features the debate “Land sharing versus land sparing” featuring opinions from Ben Phalan, Joern Fisher, Teja Tscharntke and others.  This will be followed by a workshop chaired by Professor Bill Sutherland.

There are two post congress tours to see areas of particular interest – Arran and Glen Affric.

Kind regards,

ECCB 2012 Organising Committee
